Did you ever see Grief? She has a supporting role in it as the assistant to the character played by Jackie Beat. At one point the main character tells her "you know you're a gay man in a woman's body, right?" and she says "Um, yeah! Of course!". Adoreable movie, it also has Alexis Arquette.
