hmmm, I'm having a friend come over today, the first since I've moved in here. Sad. Looking around Ithink I need to move things. There are piles of clean clothes, folded and everything on the futon that need to be put away, stacks of books (the ones I'm currently reading and the ones I need to start), a pile of DVDs on the floor in front ofthe TV, the pans & dishes from last nights tacos (mmmm), CDs have all been taken care of , and I still need to box up the three boxes of RPG stuff I'm giving to her. And I should probably sweep and dust real quick.

The pressure. I just realized I've been here for two years and haven't had any one over, been to others but not here. Hmmm.

And because sscecca01 started it and krabbypatty continued it, I'm putting my own spin on it.

HUGELY down from before my move, I left behind 900 videos when I came out here. In the last two years I've managed to get up to 300-plus, most of them DVDs.

Strangely I rarely go to the theater to see something.

Same with me. I would much rather watch a movie at home. I do need to learn how to rent a movie instead of buying it the day it comes out. I have bought too many movies that were just ok by doing that.

900 videos left behind? That makes me cringe, at least you are bringing your collection back up to speed. I also have another addiction, cds. Don't even start me on that one.

I work in a music store, I have over 1200. thank god for free promos.

I think you are my long lost twin or soul mate. Everyone thinks that I am nuts for having as much media as I have, but I am the 1st one people ask to borrow a movie or to copy a cd for them.

The bitch of owning this many is moving them to a new apartment and, if they get out of order, finding something.

the sad thing is I usualy get completely distracted and forget wehat I wanted to listen to in the first place and listen to something else entirely. Sometimes I get frozen and unable to make a decision, it's quite funny. Iusually turn on a video in that case, heaven forbid I can't decide on a movie.
