lincolnkwReading Christoppher Moore's Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal is keeping me in a good mood today. Well, that and cold Hawaiian pizza and torch singers & crooners on my CD player.
But the book has made me realize something. Aside from the fact that the author is surely going to hell for writing this. Me too, probably, I am finding it extremely entertaining after all. Back to the realization.
Probably blasphemous or at least sacriligious so I shall cut away for those with strong religious beliefs and no sense of humor
First the supporting ideas. Jesus is Greek translation of the Hebrew Yeshua, which is Joshua. Christ is not a last name it is the Greek for messiah, a Hebrew word meaning anointed. The latter which really isn't that immportant. But it does lead me to the fact, that with all that's going on in the world today, the Messiah has been reborn and we all kow him.
Joshua. Jesus Christ. JC. the hair. the intensity.
Yes, folks, Joshua Chasez, JC, is the personification of the Second Coming. He's going to lead us all to salvation through music, I'm guessing. Don't ask me about the moans and thrusts he's so good at. It must be the fact that it's 2000 years later and he has to keep up with the times.
No? It was funnier in my head. I have no shame.
Would that make the others his apostles?
I'm going to burn in hell, I just know it.
