I'm the limerick, mired in muck. I refuse to be bored or get stuck.    I like to offend,    But not, in the end, As much as to thwart expectations. What Poetry Form Are You?

This made me laugh, becasue it's sooo not me. But it's a limerick (sort of) and I love limericks.

Which makes me curious, as he friended me first and I'm not a ficwriter, as to why I get friended first? Just idle curiosity. The first wave of people I friended were all authors I'd read who had websites (except oakhomey who I stumbled across on some vague link wandering thing I did once), the next were people who responded to others posts/comments whose LJ I went and looked back at. So that's probably what happened there.

And it turns out I did get unfriended. Two days after the person friended me. OK, that's just strange. I figure if I give comics six months to hook me, TV shows at least four episodes and books a chapter or two, then I'll give an LJer at least a week, if not a month. I've gone three months now (?) without defriending anyone. Although I think I may go through and thin out those who haven't posted in that time (of which there are couple).

Off to read a days worth of posts.

Well, some of us, apparently, DON'T have it. Maybe she was just bored with my quiet little life? Eh, who care's, it's not as if I knew er or anything. Although if you, Cooper, Ian, Amanda or Pam did so I would be all "why? Tell me!"

I found your LJ page when augustuscaesar mentioned you in one of her posts (http://www.livejournal.com/talkread.bml?journal=augustuscaesar&itemid=141781). Recently, I've been reading at least one new person's LJ a day (new to me, that is), usually by going to a friend's page and clicking on one of their friends whom I don't know. I read some of your entries, liked them, and added you to my friends list.

The fact that you were listening to Me First and the Gimme Gimmes when you wrote your last entry only makes me want to read you even more. ^_^
