The recurring dream has returned. Anyone want to try to interpret it?

It is basically me and someone else (yes I know that's not grammatically correct) - sometimes a coworker, relative, celebrity or complete stranger - either oona deserted isalnd fending for ourselves or locked up in a jail cell. They're never very long.

Weirdness.

I realy need to write them down when I awake in the middle of the night.

I pretty much have beach music nailed down to old-school R&B with an upswing. Yes? No?

...this can go a couple ways, really. (If you believe these things can be analyzed, that is.)

The desire to avoid being alone (which for most folks means being lonely).

~or~

The desire to have more time growing close to someone (which might mean buidling a one-on-one-type relationship--as in love). (Nothing like that two-alone-on-an-island thing for falling for each other. ROFL.)

~or~

The fear of spending a long (potentially intimate) period with this other given person.

What you didn't say is how this dream makes you feel. Good? Then there's probably a more positive dream-basis. Bad? The opposite. I judge my dreams not always on content, but on my feelings when I wake up. For example, I love those action-adventure dreams--even when I'm in some serious danger (and a tad frightened or alarmed). I'll wake up feelin' good afterwards--so I don't think they fall in the true category of 'nightmare' (which might be true for someone else). Does that make sense?

Does the other person in these dreams always vary? (By the by, I frequently dream 'bout celebs as if I knew them really well. I think that's something we fic readers/writers often have in common. LOL. We feel as if we 'know' these celebs--so they aren't really 'strangers' to us. ROFL. Right.)

Interesting to read 'bout, Lincoln. Share more.

I have a very unfortunate tendency to NOT remember my dreams. It's only been in the last month or so that I have started doing so. Mainly because I keep waking up at weird times. And like I said wriingthem down would probably be a good thing.

It almost always is a different person. I only have a vague feeling of who each time (famous, friend, family, stranger) and where (island, cell, big house) and the feelings I never remember.

Strange.

I an vividly remember dreams from when I was a kid. I mean vivid. Almost word for word in living technicolor. Up until High School. That iswhen I started not remembering them.

The lonely thing don't tink is it. I like bein alone (yes I know it's different, I'm a very "lone wolf" type of person, so commitment issues - maybe, but you get burned liek I got burned andwe'll talk).

Strangely, I like nightmarish type dreams, the adrenaline rush, the axcitement, so forth. Hate horror films though, probably becasue I have no control over them.
