quick question...

OK, when I was a kid my dad had a collection of adult humor magazines that I could swear was put out by Playboy.  It was mostly B&W single panel strips and text jokes with color covers that I think were cardstock covers.

The only reason I think it would have been Playboy is that it was only risque cartoons and not hardcore stuff.  And that I recognise some of the cartoonist as regular Playboy contributors from the '70s.

This is stumping me - anyone have any idea??

I know I've seen those collected. I can ask my partner in the comic book store. He'll probably know. I'll call him tomorrow, and get back to you. Are you looking for an in-print collection or do you just want to know that such a thing existed?

It's mostly the lack of a title that is annoying me, although I may be interested in getting a collection eventually.

It actually wasn't any single person - it was boatloads of artists and authors.

And they finally did compile Silverstein's stuff into one book recently, which I picked up when I saw it. Of course.

And i Know it wasn;t Kurtzman's Little Annie Fanny stuff - although he did have some single panel gags in the various issues.

This is going to annoy me.
