The room for Sparkle Con has been reserved! Check in on the 19th check out on the 27th. In my name, although KC can check in as well.

We have a cot for the first three nights and arefrigerator for the entire time.

Looks like poor Lex isn't making it, per her post here (http://canadiankracka.livejournal.com/444192.html), and I still have absolutelynocluewhatsoEVER what I'm doing, so I offered to take her place if she's not going, keep the rest of you paying the same rates you've already expected, etc. I know Charlie, met KC in passing and know her through LJ, of course. Just not sure of Megan (which Megan is this? lol) but I'm assuming "rooming with a guy" can't be much of an issue, since you're co-signing the room, heh.

If you could let me know, I'd appreciate it!

What days were you planning on? Megan is coming in Thursday and leaving Monday, Charlie and I are making a week out of it and not leaving until Friday.

Oh, I'm definitely coming in Thursday, can't miss karaoke! I hadn't decided how long I'll stay; I can take up to a week off from work, but how much of that week I can spend in Florida will depend on finances. I've never been to Disney before either, so staying longer for a few "park days" certainly sounds fun, especially if it would be with some of the Challenge Crew!

Hotel is $130 a night, THursday night through Sunday night split four ways is $130 total. You, me, Megan & Charlie. If you stay beyond that up through Thursday night it will be split three ways each night: $43.30 each night. And if KC ends up going after all we'll just redo the math.

Oh, wow, $130 covers it? And less than $50 a night thereafter gets some park time? Dude, I am so sold!!! I don't think I'll be able to stay ALL the way til Thursday, but definitely Monday & Tuesday night, maybe more. I'll have to see how much time off from work I can get as the date draws nearer.

The cost only covers hotel NOT park. That's probably an additional $50 or so depending on which package you go for.

I know we'll all be in Epcot for one day for the show/fireworks, so any additional days would be added on to that. I'm buying a 5 day park hopper pass (the day in Epcot then Monday through Thursday) - a different park each day.

Yeah, I know park tickets are separate, but it's STILL way cheaper than I thought it would be.

I won't be able to stay for a full five days following, but I will be there a few more, so I'll just have to see which park package makes the most sense.
