I haven't even taken my pictures in to develop them yet. I am sad.

1. NY was FUN! I should really try to get out there more. Read as more than the once.

2. Ummm, Hair? Maybe. Heh, I should say Incomplete since we heard it three times that day.

3. Was it you with the see-through wet pants at NY? My memory fails me.

4. It's nice being the tall ones in a crowd of people.

5. Wet in the rain lining up at the studios for BSB. Also the most approachable new person there.

Well, I don't think Chicago counts as only one time! We hung out on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. :) But, yes, it was tough, and you did a great job!

Yes, it was me with the see-through skirt in NY. I am clearly a brazen hussy, and planned to woo the Backstreet Boys with my oh-so-alluring lilac undies.

Ah, well, I had nothing to do with the sparkly in terms of music or slash for years and years. When I was actively in Lotrips, I read a xover or two, but I only knew who Justin and Lance were, and I wasn't even all that sure what they looked like. Justin changed all that, but it took a long, long time. I first started paying attention to him when he hosted the MTV Movie Awards, but when he won several VMAs a couple months later, I pretty much fell for him. What did it was when he accepted his award for Best Male Video and said "I demand a recount! I grew up in Tennessee, and my grandfather used to play me Johnny Cash records, and there's no way that I deserve to win over Johnny Cash at anything." After that, I was a Justin fan.

I started to look for fic, and since I only knew who Justin and Lance were, I only read Lambs--and found Sandy's site mighty quick. Then I started discovering that all these great Lotrips writers (like Wax and Calico, et al) had also been Pop writers. The quality of the fic really pulled me in, but I knew absolutely nothing about the other three guys (beyond having heard Chris's name in an Eminem song and having no clue who he was). I started digging, and started reading up on them. Then, in mid-December, JC went to TRL to promote Some Girls, and I just lost it all over again. He was adorable! And from my home town! And I was a goner. :)
