hotel question

This did not occur to me last year but I thought of it this year.

How are we dealing with check-in on Thursday? Do we hang around until...when? Does the first person there check in? KC only? When ARE people coming in? I'll be hitting the hotel right around noonish.

Well, I expect to arrive at the hotel about 2pm. KC is the only one who can check in unless (I called the hotel, just to ask) she faxes a copy of the credit card (front and back) to the front desk and says when she's coming in and tells them we can check in before she gets there.

Well, Alison and I plan on hanging out in the bar and making name tags for the karaoke lol Donna said we could stash our luggage and change in her room. So we should be ok.
