Jane Carter is Mama Rose from Gypsy.

Nick is the older sibling who went on to bigger and better things after cutting ties with her and Aaron is the younger who was forced to become somthing he didn't necessarly want to be and work with people he probably doesn't really like (Lou).

All becasue Jane wanted to be the STAR!
