Taco Salad was excellent! You can find the recipe back here.

TACO SALAD

1 lb cooked, drained lean hamburger
1 (15 oz) can drained and rinsed kidney beans
1 bag plain Doritos, slightly crushed
1 head chopped lettuce
¼ to ½ cup chopped onion
1 lb mild cheddar cheese (I use American myself)
10 oz Catalina salad dressing
(you can add some Picante sauce for heat if you want)

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Serve next day.

Aw, you are a sweetie. And I suppose that, given that my fiance is 26 years younger than I am, "Younger Men" is appropriate, although I am not familiar with the song.

I tend to see more Katharine Hepburn or Ruth Gordon than Glenda Jackson, but I am complimented, since aspiring to any of those three requires the same things: a belief in oneself, a blatant not caring what others think, and the drive to live to one's ideals and values, rather than someone else's idea of what you should want.
