Just because.

The big Three.

Popslash

I think my favorites will forever be the underdogs of the fandom. Howie/Lance, Howie/JC and JC/Kevin. There are so few of these stories that I have to rely on other pairings for my fixes. Those would be JC/Lance, Chris/Lance, Howie/Nick and Lance/Justin. With a side of JC/Justin, Kevin/Lance and AJ/JC and Aaron/Nick. The types of stories vary, I'm a huge Romance/Schmoop fan, hurt-comfort and humor. I like angst, and porn but they are not necessary. My favorite genre over all others are the AUs. I love love LOVE Alternate Universes. These include Crossovers with other fandoms.

Potterslash

I am now, and always have been, a Harry/Draco fan. I don't mind Remus/Sirius so long as it's not the main pairing. Snape/anyone just scares me. The type of story I like best in this fandom are mildly angsty After Hogwarts stories. And the obligatory "how they reconciled and got together in sixth/seventh year" stories.

Buffyslash

This one is al about the Oz. Love him, paired with pretty much any male EXCEPT Giles. I just don't like Giles paired with anyone. He's like the Joey of Popslash to me. I also like Xander/Spike and Andrew stories. Love Andrew when he's well written, there aren't enough stories for either Andrew or Oz. Type of story? Very much like the TV show, snarky, humorous, dramatic with a romantic streak running through.

My So Called Minor Fandoms.

Lord of the Rings RPS
This is considered a minor one as I don't realy hunt it out anymore and I'm leaning away from it for some reason. Not sure why. Pairings to go for here are Elijah/Orlando, Dominic/Elijah and Dominic/Orlando. I think it may have to do with the fact that BIlly/Dom and Viggo/Orli are the big pairings right now and neither BIlly nor Viggo do anything for me. That and Orlando is losing me, he just doesn't seem pretty anymore. And he's all about the pretty for me. (note to self: VE - read it!!). I like AUs in this fandom as well.

Comic Fiction
Eh, If I see it I'll probably read it, I generally don't go hunting it down. I think my favorite thing in this fandom is the Nightwing/Tempest pairing for slash and mostly DC or X-Men for Gen Fiction. Like I said, I generaly don't look for it, I think it may be because comics are a visual thing to me and not having the pictures there with the story just isn't the same. Yeah, I know, weird.

Angel
Angel is way too angsty and, well, boring for me at most times. I have to have humor to enjoy that show. Having said that I like Angel/Xande. Sometimes. I really have to be in the moodto read them. Angel/Spike is OK, but eh.

Wow. That's it? Hmmm, how about the Fandoms I wish I could find? These would include Pern, Valdemar, Rick the Temp and Drew Lachey.

Rick the Temp

Chris, Howie, and Rick in any combination make me a very happy girl.

Dude, you are talking to the queen of obscure pairing love. [points to icon, as well as to love of H/JC, H/L, Kevin/anyone, H/Chris, etc.] ::commiserates::

You seem ultra busy, but I was just wondering if you could recommend some BuffySlash sites? Just getting into the fandom and totally clueless.

This should get you started. It may actually be overload.
Polyamorous Recs (http://www.bifictionalbedlam.slashcity.net/recs/)
Not what you think. Polyamorous is the sense that the fiction is from different fandoms. Excellent Buffy recs - slash, het, and gen. From ficlets to epics. Other fandoims mixed in.

Laconic (http://www.dymphna.net/laconic/)
THE Oz slash Archive.

Obsessed Much: Biblioteque (http://biblioteque.obsessedmuch.net/kasslarfic.html)
An excellent site of Xander stories.

BTVS Slash Archive (http://biblioteque.obsessedmuch.net/kasslarfic.html)
Hasn't been updated since November 2003 (you'll find this alot with Buffy).

Sajinn's stories (http://www.geocities.com/btvsslash/sajinn.html) at the BTVS Slash Archive
I cannot recommend her enough.

Obsessed Much: Educated Guesses (http://www.obsessedmuch.net/guesses/index2.html)
Primarily wonderful Xander/Spike.

I Need A Parrot (http://parrot.moments-lost.co.uk/index.php)
Regularly updated Xander site, both het and slash. As well as essays.

Troll Princess (http://www.geocities.com/trollprincess/fanfic.html)
Whoo doggie! Love her stuff, inetersting and funny. Read Ghost In The Shell.

Strange Little Girls (http://www.ravenswing.com/~mirrorgirl/angel.html)
Some fine Xander, Andrew and Oz stories. Interesting crossovers with Highlander, X-Files and X-Man's Nate Grey.

And of course, BTVS Writer's Guild (http://btvswritersguild.dymphna.net/archives.html) which is pretty much the Archive of Archives for the Buffy/Angel fandom. You name it, it's there.
