On my bedside table...

Just straightened up the apartment as an electrician is on his way over to install the fan in my bathroom and, hopefully, better lighting. My bedside table is a repository of current happenings and doings in my life.

A list of things I found there:

My glasses (no wonder things are blurry), tissues (cold season), 2 dead watches (Maleficent & Bengal Tiger), a stack of 8 CDs I've had for a month now I haven't listened to yet (Carlos Ponce, Gloria Gaynor, Radio Disney Holiday Jams 2, Audra McDonald, Danny Wright, The Jesus and Mary Chain, a Sondheim compilation, and the Kissing Jessica Stein soundtrack, 6 books Iam currently in the middle of reading (Herbert's Dune Messiah, Pierce's Lady Knight, Jordan's Winter Heart, Davies' The Deptford Trilogy, Brust's To Reign In Hell, and Maguire's Wicked), the remotes to the TV and VCR and DVD players, a couple of pens, a pair of scissors (?) and my checkbook. Oh yes, a couple of receipts for DVDs and take out as well as as my new solid steel chopsticks (yes, I do eat in bed, I'm single who cares?).

I really need to clean it off occasionally.

I'm happy I can post again, maybe I should get a paid account to prevent it from happening. Much like kevinr I didn't realize how much I had come to looking forward to reading my friends list and posting (even if I do the later rarely).
