Feds win right to war protester's records

This makes me...uncomfortable.

Not I, Lincoln. It Makes Me ... Reassured.

Why?

1. The subpoena was issued by a Federal judge, is subject to judicial review, and probably will be reviewed as part of the twice-yearly Congressional oversight procedures now in place. In short, the checks and balances are working as intended.

2. The NLG's sordid history is such that I am very glad someone is looking into its involvement here. I consider it to be in the best interest of the nation that this be done. There are hardly words to describe how suspect these folks are and how many ties they have to foreign groups and agencies that are and/or ought to be on a terror watchlist. Check your email.
