I've seen bits and pieces, and the big dance at the end.

Cheesybad. Yes. Good description.

not sure about exact timing, because I'm rather sure you're right on that, but I do know that at the time he did the movie, or probably more accurately when he was contracted to do the movie, was pre lawsuit. Disney actually wanted to release the movie before but getting it cleared with whomever had control over that aspect gave them a hardtime. They could air it to their hearts content but could not make any more money off of. And air it they did. We got tons of girls in the stores asking for it on video.

My guess is they got the rights settled away a little bit ago, took a look around and went, 'hmmmmmmm is it time yet?' And some guy in the back went 'almost'. Last week that guy came into the office and said 'it's tiiiiiime'.

I still want to hate on Eisner.

And can I hope that there actually was a guy doing that?

Oh, please do not let me stop you from hating o Eisner. If they aren't careful he will be both the man how saved Disney and the man who killed it. I have never liked him, thopugh he did great things for the company in the late 80's. It is more than time for him to go.

And can I hope that there actually was a guy doing that?

for what it's worth, my guess is there really is a guy who does that. It would be a very Disney thing to have!

Hell, they have to ride something, since they just lost Pixar.
