I didn't do the icon one as the one icon that is associated with me I actually use 90% of the time. See?

I didn't do the movie one as it deressed me to see how many on the list I hadn't seen. OK, not really, I just couldn't concentrate on the list enough to identify things.

I will do this one, and I will go back and find the people who have done this and fill it out.

I've been lazy lately, I'm sorry. And this was stolen from a whole bunch of people, this version form [livejournal.com profile] patchworkdragon

I had the same icon problem.

1. "Meet Joe Black." Something of a chick flick, though, really.
2. "The Right Stuff," by Tom Wolfe.
3. Gotta Get Thru This, from Daniel Bedingfield.
4. [livejournal.com profile] seeksasylum, who writes gen JC fic to melt my heart endlessly. Check out her journal memories for a sampling.
5. Bungee jump.

1. Kalifornia, staring Brad Pitt, Juliet Lewis, and David Duchovny. Serial killers, road trip, violence, sex, and David Duchovny, what isn't to love? :)
2. I Know This Much is True by Wally Lamb. A long, glorious read about twins, one is crazy and the other is not.
3. Beastie Boys - Hello Nasty (album).
4. [livejournal.com profile] jcjoeyfreak She's not updating much at the moment, but she's a fun, hip, funny gal who writes very original, very entertaining fic :)
5. Walk further than you've ever walked before.

1. I've not been much of a moviegoer lately. I don't think I have any recommendations for recent movies. Falling Down is the movie I watched last night. It has Michael Douglas in it. He doesn't play the President of the United States. He's awesome.
2. The Last Samurai by Helen DeWitt - unrelated to the movie of the same name. About a single mother and her genius grade school child who teaches himself several languages and tricks males of assorted fame into believing that they are his father. That's a rather strange summary but it'll do.
3. The Shins: Chutes Too Narrow - the most beautiful album of the moment.
4. [livejournal.com profile] khudirambose - very interesting guy
5. Free you say, have you ever went frisbee golfing? I'm not really sure though... does it snow in New Hampshire?

That was hard... I don't think we have similar taste in these sort of things but who knows, maybe you'll find a gem in my recs.
