You could go to Hot Topic and try the hair stuff they have there... before you bleach it... they have like 2 or 3 different colors of blue... But if you get the light one and bleach it... it turns Turqoius lol... just a heads up...

The last time I dyed my hair blue, I used Manic Panic After Midnight, which is a really dark shade of blue. I didn't bleach my hair first (it's black), so it wound up basically have blue highlights that appeared any time I was in any sort of direct lighting. Kinda neat. According to the saleswoman I bought the dye from, Manic Panic dyes work much better with pre-bleaching, tho.
