Glenn Close is playing Eleanor of Aquitaine in the remake of The Lion In Winter, tomorrow. Sunday on Showtime. I'm peeved.
It's gotten good reviews from prescreening, also stars Patrick Stewart as King Henry, Jonathan Rhys Meyers as King Phillip, among others I've forgotten. Shooting script is the William Goldman screenplay. The original with Katharine Hepburn and Peter O'Toole,
I love this movie. I hope they release it to DVD at some point, I doubt it, but still.
