a somewhat productive day off
Mar. 25th, 2004 06:28 pmfor once.
I have burnt Arrogant Worms and Bob Rivers to CD for a girl at work who had never heard of them. Will also be lending her my copy of Murder By Death if I can find the damn thing. Became really annoyed when I discovered that one of my Stephen Lynch CDs is missing. Of course it's the expensive one. Designed new bookcases to hold my CDs and DVDs better. And to finally get all of my books out of boxes. Will be building them next week. Fun. Fixed the bathroom sink so it now drains correctly.
I'm feeling all butch now. My dad would be flabbergasted, his lessons stuck.
Now I do other things. Like create a party of characters so I can play through the last Wizardry (which I got for a song) I miss the originals. Those were fun.
Read the comics that showed up today. Claremont on JLA sucks. A vampire? A sadly stereotypical vampire? A girl who can control minds and Superman falls to her like he had no willpower? Arrgghhh!! I haven't enjoyed his writing in years. Byrne isn't up to snuff on this either.
Now I go catch up on the mass amount of posts
sirkate did recently that I meant to go back to. Those are going to be fu! She's talented, yo. As are her cowriters.
And now I'm babbling.
