Woah. Phenomenal.
Mar. 31st, 2005 10:14 pmThis will only make sense to the three or so people on my friendslist who read comics.
I just finishes reading DC's Countdown To Infinite Crisis.
Woah.
Those last five pages.
Just. Woah.
That last page actually had my adrenaline running. Never has that happened before.
Identity Crisis was good, if a bit predictable, but this...I knew how that last panel was going to pan out. It just made sense (although I thought it was going to be someone else for a few pages) and it was just the general consensus on various message boards.
But the person doing it?
Woah.
DC rocks!
And why do I not have a comic icon? Must fix this.

Date: 2005-04-03 02:40 am (UTC)This issue made me want to get the three miniseries they have coming out, and it has me actually excited over mainstream comics again.
And I find it amusing as all hell that Supergirl is back, Hawk & Dove are coming back, there's a Flash & Kid Flash again, Huntress is back, among other things that are bringing it full circle. I have to wonder if they are going to do anything with that.
It just clicked with me that it HAS been 20 years. Now I feel old.
